PIGG is Chris Cosentino’s tribute to all things pork from around the world. Well known for transforming offal into haute cuisine, Cosentino will use PIGG to explore different manifestations of pork from different cultures and regions. Featuring hams, charcuteries, terrines and salumi, PIGG promises to be something very unusual. After opening several restaurants in San Francisco, PIGG is Cosentino’s first foray in Los Angeles.
